The reason we were in California was to see my sister (50 on the 28th), family and friends in Fremont, Santa Clarita and Folsom. Bit of a whirlwind tour - especially as we took in Yosemite and Tahoe too. The weather (apart from 3 days fantastic skiing in Tahoe) was atrocious.....it even bucketed with rain in southern California too.
