Stage 2 complete
This weekend saw our users completely re-occupy the 2nd floor in 151 Buckingham Palace Road. This effectively ends Stage 2 of the programme. We moved about 230 people this weekend (including the 34 that nobody told us about) - no problems, no snags and no whinges (so far).
Next weekend we decant a few (actually 60) people off the 1st floor and we then start all over again!
The programme is recognised as a huge success within UK Government - I'll post a link to an OGC case study on the programme later.
