DCA - been there, done it

Sara has just finished at the Department of Constituional Affairs (DCA) - where she was helping out on a large procurement exercise for the outsourcing of the Department's IT systems and applications.

We welcome the spare time, chez tressillian, as we need to get on with sorting out the builders for the kitchen works (don't ask, it's been a nightmare).
